Genesis Land Development Corp. declared a $0.13-per-share special cash dividend on Nov. 4, with payment scheduled for Nov. 25 to shareholders of record Nov. 13. The announcement came alongside results for the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2026.

Genesis sold 24 residential lots during the quarter, compared with 318 in the same quarter of 2025. Home sales totaled 94, down from 108 a year earlier.

Genesis designated the payment an eligible dividend under Canadian federal tax rules. Genesis focuses on land development and homebuilding in the Calgary Metropolitan Area, and its shares trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol GDC.
