Triton International Limited’s board declared a quarterly dividend of $0.53125 per share on its Series A preferred shares, which trade on the New York Stock Exchange as TRTN.PR.A, with payment scheduled for Dec. 15.

The dividend applies to Triton’s 8.50% cumulative redeemable perpetual preferred shares, Series A. Shareholders must be of record at the close of business Dec. 8 to qualify. The board declared the dividend Nov. 4.
