# Triton Declares $0.4765625 Dividend for Series F Preferred Shares

Triton International Limited’s board set a $0.4765625 quarterly payment for each 7.625% Series F Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preference Share on Nov. 4, with a Dec. 15 distribution date for holders of NYSE-listed TRTNPRF shares.

Holders of record at the close of business Dec. 8 qualify for the payment. The shares trade on the New York Stock Exchange under ticker TRTNPRF.

The amount is the same as Triton’s July 28 declaration for a Sept. 15 distribution. The company rents intermodal freight containers and operates a fleet exceeding 7 million twenty-foot equivalent units.
