Corpay expects 9% to 11% organic revenue growth in 2027 and plans to direct about $2 billion in free cash flow to spend management acquisitions or share repurchases, depending on returns.

Management described its visibility into the growth outlook as high, citing sales, retention and same-store sales as drivers.

Corpay's Q3 2026 revenue was $1.38 billion, up 18%, while cash earnings per share reached $7.54, an increase of 32%. CEO Ronald F. Clarke said organic revenue growth for the quarter was 11%.

Corporate Payments posted 18% organic growth, or 20% excluding float. Sales bookings rose 24%, and retention was 92.2%. Management expects high-teens growth in the business in the fourth quarter, while noting that some third-quarter monetization may not recur.

The company also used about $1.2 billion in divestiture proceeds to repurchase more than 3 million shares.
