Manulife Financial Corporation set the next distribution for Series 13 holders at C$0.396875 per Class 1 preferred share, with eligibility determined at the Nov. 20 close of business and payment due no earlier than Dec. 19.

The board’s Nov. 4 declaration covers dividends across 10 series of non-cumulative preferred shares. Holders must be on record at the close of business Nov. 20 to qualify.

The Series 13 dividend amount matches the per-share figure in Manulife’s May declaration. The latest notice schedules payment for Dec. 19 or later.
