DRI Healthcare Trust expects 2026 adjusted EBITDA to exceed $162 million, above the high end of its previous guidance range, after third-quarter adjusted EBITDA rose 9% to $40 million.

Normalized total cash receipts increased 9% from a year earlier to $47.5 million. The adjusted EBITDA margin was 84%. Adjusted EBITDA and normalized total cash receipts are non-GAAP measures; the margin is a non-GAAP ratio.

The trust recorded $46.9 million in total income for the quarter ended Sept. 30, compared with $48.7 million in the year-earlier period. Diluted results were $0.84 per unit in earnings, versus a $1.05-per-unit loss a year earlier.

Current-quarter results included a $59.9 million gain from the disposition of a royalty asset. DRI incurred a $48 million termination fee in the year-earlier quarter tied to ending its former external manager’s agreement.

Ekterly receipts totaled $178.2 million during the quarter. That amount comprised $176.2 million from disposing of the royalty asset and $2 million in royalty receipts. DRI also acquired royalty rights tied to U.S. sales of Juvmo (tavapadon) for $316 million.

The trust declared a quarterly distribution of $0.11 per unit. It is payable Jan. 20, 2027, to unitholders of record Dec. 31, 2026.
