Net Lease Office Properties posted a $649,000 third-quarter loss and sold two properties for $27.9 million, bringing cumulative gross proceeds from property sales to $840.4 million.

The loss attributable to the company equaled 4 cents per diluted share. Adjusted funds from operations, or AFFO, attributable to the company totaled $3 million, or 20 cents per diluted share.

Revenue was $5.9 million including reimbursable costs. Normalized pro rata cash net operating income was $5.1 million.

The two sales raised the company's cumulative disposition count to 43 properties.
