Braemar Hotels & Resorts Inc. improved its comparable hotel operating metrics in the third quarter of 2026, while its adjusted funds from operations loss widened on a per-share basis. Comparable revenue per available room (RevPAR) reached $284, up 14.4% from the year-earlier quarter. Comparable Hotel EBITDA totaled $12.9 million, a 20.7% increase. The comparable Hotel EBITDA margin rose 122 basis points year over year.
