Amazon’s agreement with Grubhub ended Nov. 5, as Amazon and Uber prepare to make Uber Eats available to U.S. Prime members through Amazon’s shopping channels. Members will be able to order on Amazon.com or the Amazon Shopping app without an Uber account.

The partnership will waive delivery fees on orders over $25. During the first two weeks of the offer, Prime members can receive $20 off each of their first two qualifying orders of $25 or more.

Prime members who had activated Grubhub+ can keep using the membership through Dec. 31, 2027. They can no longer place Grubhub orders through Amazon.

Amazon began offering Grubhub+ to Prime members in 2022 and made the benefit ongoing in 2024. The new arrangement shifts restaurant delivery on Amazon’s U.S. shopping channels to Uber Eats.
