> Net income attributable to shareholders was $125 million, while diluted EPS was negative $0.17. Eos expects 2026 revenue toward the lower half of its forecast range.

Eos Energy Enterprises posted third-quarter revenue of $82.7 million, up 171% year over year, while keeping its 2026 forecast unchanged as a production consolidation is expected to constrain fourth-quarter capacity and shipments.

Revenue for the period ended Sept. 30 rose 20% from the second quarter. Cube shipments increased 216% from a year earlier. Eos maintained its full-year revenue outlook of $300 million to $350 million and expects results in the lower half of that range.

Net income attributable to shareholders was $125 million. Basic earnings per share was $0.64, while diluted earnings per share was negative $0.17. Eos attributed most of the net income to noncash mark-to-market gains on warrants and debt. The diluted EPS calculation included fair-value changes and potentially dilutive securities, leaving the basic and diluted figures on opposite sides of zero.

Gross margin improved to negative 53% from negative 111% a year earlier, but gross loss widened to $44.2 million from $33.9 million. Operating loss increased to $79.3 million from $61.2 million. Adjusted EBITDA loss narrowed to $63.8 million from $71.4 million in the second quarter; adjusted EBITDA margin was negative 77%.

Backlog totaled $765 million, or 3.2 gigawatt-hours, at Sept. 30. It was up 19% year over year but down 5% from the prior quarter. Eos also reached an agreement with MN8 Energy and Google to deliver 10 megawatts and 100 megawatt-hours of zinc-based energy storage in West Virginia for Google data centers.

The manufacturing consolidation into Eos’ Thorn Hill facility began in late October. The company expects the move to temporarily affect fourth-quarter production capacity and shipment timing, with efficiencies from the single-site footprint expected in 2027. The 2026 revenue range remains $300 million to $350 million.
