IPX is preparing to accept minicoin ($MINI) for physical merchandise sold through LINE FRIENDS’ website and retail outlets in South Korea and other markets, with a staged launch planned for the first half of 2027.

Mini Labs developed and issues minicoin under a license from IPX to use the minini character intellectual property. The project is designed to track how fans engage with intellectual property, including through creation, consumption and transactions, and link that activity to registration and settlement.

$MINI is minicoin’s utility token, and Creditcoin is its base blockchain. IPX has not specified whether store payments would use Creditcoin or provided details about checkout and payment processing.

The plan covers stores in South Korea and abroad, but IPX has not named participating locations or countries or given a specific launch date. The company is targeting a phased rollout in the first half of 2027.
