> It forecast fourth-quarter revenue of $20 million to $22 million and reported $400,000 in third-quarter net income, compared with a loss a year earlier.

Tigo Energy lowered its 2026 revenue outlook to $95 million to $97 million on Nov. 4 after third-quarter revenue fell 21.5% year over year, following an earlier cut in August.

The new range is below the $100 million to $110 million forecast Tigo set in August. That guidance had already replaced an earlier $130 million to $135 million range. Compared with August, the lower end is down $5 million and the upper end is down $13 million.

The August outlook reduction followed delays in executing a partnership, a slower GO Battery ramp, a delayed launch by a U.S. optimized-inverter partner and a gradual recovery in Europe. The company’s latest results reflected some of those same challenges.

Tigo posted $24 million in third-quarter revenue. GAAP net income was $400,000, compared with a $2.2 million loss in the same quarter last year.

For the quarter ending Dec. 31, Tigo expects revenue of $20 million to $22 million and an adjusted EBITDA loss of $1.5 million to $3 million. Adjusted EBITDA is earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization, with specified adjustments.

CEO Zvi Alon attributed the third-quarter results to a slower recovery in Europe, a slower-than-expected GO ESS ramp and a U.S. optimized-inverter partner shifting its launch to the fourth quarter.

“Our fourth-quarter outlook reflects a continuation of the dynamics that affected the third quarter,” CFO Bill Roeschlein said.

Tigo makes solar module electronics, inverters and battery storage systems, and provides related software. The August guidance reduction also appeared in [coverage of a securities case involving Tigo investors](<https://www.tokenpost.com/news/regulation/28455>).
