> U.S. Amtagvi revenue rose about 77% year over year. Iovance remained on track to generate $410 million to $420 million in total product revenue in 2026.

Iovance Biotherapeutics posted an 80% year-over-year revenue increase for the quarter ended Sept. 30, compared with the same quarter a year earlier, as its net loss narrowed and U.S. Amtagvi sales advanced.

Revenue totaled $121.469 million, up from $67.455 million in the third quarter of 2025. Net loss was $22.271 million, compared with $91.253 million a year earlier. Basic and diluted loss per share came to 5 cents, down from 25 cents.

U.S. revenue from Amtagvi (lifileucel), a treatment for previously treated advanced melanoma, was about $102 million, an increase of about 77% year over year. Global Proleukin revenue was about $20 million.

“Third quarter revenue reached a new record of ~$122 million with our highest gross margin ever, driven by continued U.S. Amtagvi demand,” said Frederick Vogt, Ph.D., J.D., Iovance’s interim chief executive officer and president.

Iovance focuses on tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte therapies. Its 2026 total product revenue target remained $410 million to $420 million. Its cash position was about $382 million as of Sept. 30, which the company expects to fund operations well into 2029.
