Oxford Lane Capital Corporation (OXLC) posted lower total investment income and missed estimates for non-GAAP net investment income (NII) per share in Q2, as total investment income fell 35.9% year over year.

Non-GAAP NII amounted to $0.68 per share, $0.26 below estimates. Oxford Lane Capital recorded $82.2 million in total investment income, $13.8 million short of estimates.

The company’s net asset value was $9.95 per share as of Sept. 30, 2026.
