Teads Holding Co. (TEAD) recorded a $325.47 million net loss in the third quarter of 2026 as revenue fell 26.3% from a year earlier to $235.07 million. Revenue was $45.5 million below estimates.

Non-GAAP earnings per share were a loss of $0.48, missing the estimate by 28 cents. Adjusted EBITDA was negative $8.10 million, compared with $19.17 million in the year-earlier quarter. Net cash used in operating activities totaled $27.88 million.
