> KVH expects the repricing to lift service revenue and lower service gross margin, while leaving service gross profit largely unchanged.

KVH Industries narrowed its 2026 forecast Thursday and plans to increase customer prices for Starlink service Dec. 1, a move it expects to lift service revenue while lowering service gross margin.

For the full year, KVH projects revenue of $137 million to $143 million and non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA of $13 million to $15 million. Its prior outlook put revenue at $130 million to $145 million and adjusted EBITDA at $11 million to $16 million. The revised ranges have higher floors and lower ceilings than the previous forecasts.

KVH expects the customer price changes to begin Dec. 1. It attributed the planned increases to Starlink price increases for resellers and maritime customers. KVH expects higher service revenue but a lower service gross margin, with service gross profit remaining largely unchanged.

For the quarter ended Sept. 30, revenue reached $38.4 million, up 35% from a year earlier. Service contributed $33 million, an increase of 30%. Low Earth orbit services provided 58% of KVH’s quarterly service revenue, and Starlink accounted for a substantial majority of those sales.

KVH also has a separate Starlink data agreement. A deal signed in the fourth quarter of 2025 committed KVH to $45 million of Starlink Global Business data purchases; $12 million remained due in two quarterly payments through the first quarter of 2027.

The company was negotiating an arrangement covering unused data and additional purchases. KVH said it could not assure that the talks would produce a definitive agreement or acceptable terms. Its planned customer price increases are expected Dec. 1.
