# Renk Group AG Lowers 2026 Revenue Outlook to About €1.4 Billion

Renk Group AG lowered its 2026 revenue outlook to about €1.4 billion and its adjusted EBIT range to €240 million to €255 million for continuing operations after the planned sale of its slide-bearing business. The revised outlook compares with its previous forecast for revenue above €1.5 billion and adjusted EBIT of €255 million to €285 million.

Renk signed an agreement to sell the slide-bearing business and has completed its acquisition of David Brown Defence. The company’s order backlog reached a record of about €7.6 billion, roughly 5.3 times revenue over the previous 12 months.

Renk said it sees no current bottlenecks to converting orders into revenue, though prime contractors’ performance could delay revenue generation. The company reiterated its goal of reaching the upper half of its adjusted EBIT range and flagged possible strike effects, overtime and shift costs as fourth-quarter considerations.

Renk expects David Brown Defence to contribute about €20 million in fourth-quarter revenue and €2 million to €3 million in EBIT.
