> Higher orders for existing OEM vision systems are expected to generate about $180 million in cumulative incremental revenue through 2028.

Stoneridge raised its 2026 adjusted revenue forecast to $690 million-$700 million, while lowering its adjusted gross and operating margin outlooks. The company pointed to stronger demand and year-to-date performance in Brazil as factors behind the higher revenue forecast.

The new range is up from the previous $645 million-$670 million outlook, increasing the low end by $45 million and the high end by $30 million. Stoneridge kept its adjusted EBITDA forecast at $20 million-$25 million but expects to finish at the bottom of that range.

Adjusted gross margin is now projected at 20.5%-21.0%, down from 21.5%-22.0%. The adjusted operating margin range fell to negative 0.5% to zero from zero to 0.5%. Stoneridge cited transitory costs, inflationary pressures and unfavorable currency impacts in its updated margin outlook.

The adjusted revenue forecast is a non-GAAP measure. Stoneridge said it could not reconcile its full-year adjusted guidance with comparable GAAP figures without unreasonable effort.

Separately, the company expects higher volume from existing original equipment manufacturer vision systems to start ramping in 2027. Those orders are expected to produce about $180 million in cumulative incremental revenue through 2028. President and CEO Natalia Noblet said the business “further validates our technology and strengthens our position in the OEM market.”

The expected vision-system revenue is distinct from two additional awards: roughly $42 million over the life of a bus-platform program and roughly $375 million over the life of an off-highway program. The $180 million figure covers expected incremental revenue from increased volume in existing vision-system business through 2028.

For the quarter ended Sept. 30, Stoneridge reported $155.8 million in net sales from continuing operations and $180 million in adjusted sales, up 29.9% from a year earlier. The net sales figure included a $24.2 million reduction related to a Nov. 2 arbitration ruling in a former customer’s PM sensor warranty dispute.

Stoneridge said it disagrees with the ruling and is evaluating its options. The company reported a $22.9 million loss from continuing operations, or 81 cents per diluted share, while its adjusted result was net income of $1.6 million, or 6 cents per diluted share.
