Camden Property Trust posted third-quarter core funds from operations (Core FFO) of $1.71 per diluted share, $0.02 above its guidance midpoint, while keeping its 2026 outlook midpoint at $6.75.

The results cover the three months ended Sept. 30. Camden announced them Thursday, Nov. 5. Funds from operations (FFO) was $1.70 per diluted share, $0.06 above the company’s $1.64 guidance midpoint. Core FFO was $0.02 above its $1.69 midpoint.

Property revenue totaled $381.061 million for the quarter. Camden’s 2026 Core FFO outlook remains $6.73 to $6.77 per diluted share, with the midpoint unchanged from its prior guidance.

The company owns and operates 168 properties with 56,995 apartment homes across the United States.
