> Adjusted EPS was $0.82, while GAAP diluted EPS reached $1.04. The company reaffirmed its 2028 adjusted EPS outlook.

HA Sustainable Infrastructure Capital Inc. posted third-quarter 2026 revenue of $114.462 million, up 11.1% year over year, and adjusted EPS of $0.82, while reaffirming its 2028 adjusted earnings outlook.

The company announced the results Nov. 5 at 4:10 p.m. ET (21:10 UTC). Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $114.462 million, compared with $103.064 million in the year-earlier quarter. Adjusted EPS was $0.82, up from $0.80, while GAAP diluted EPS rose to $1.04 from $0.61.

Adjusted recurring net investment income increased 15% to $121.295 million from $105.144 million. The measure included an unrealized $35 million gain from an investment in a platform that services solar assets, offset in part by a $21.425 million economic loss on a project company. The loss was an estimate of a possible asset-sale outcome and had not been realized.

CFO Chuck Melko said, “Our new asset yields have increased to more than 11% year-to-date and we have continued to maintain our net investment margins.”

HASI invests in sustainable infrastructure, focusing on long-lived assets that generate recurring cash flows. Managed assets totaled $19.048 billion as of Sept. 30, compared with $15.047 billion a year earlier.

The company reaffirmed its 2028 adjusted EPS guidance of $3.55 to $3.65 and its target for adjusted return on equity of at least 17%.
