> The $15.028 million loss included a $13.416 million noncash impairment of goodwill in the Asset Management Solutions reporting unit. Adjusted diluted loss per share was $0.02.

AerSale Corporation’s third-quarter revenue rose 28.6% to $91.556 million, while a noncash goodwill impairment contributed to a net loss of $15.028 million for the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2026.

Revenue was $71.191 million in the year-earlier quarter. The current-quarter net loss compared with a $120,000 loss a year earlier. Revenue also exceeded one pre-release estimate of $91.22 million by $336,000.

The quarter included a $13.416 million impairment of all goodwill in AerSale’s Asset Management Solutions reporting unit. A sustained decline in the company’s stock price prompted an impairment assessment. The unit’s estimated fair value was below its carrying value.

Asset Management Solutions revenue increased 28.9% to $50.547 million. Technical Operations revenue rose 28.2% to $41.009 million. Flight Equipment sales totaled $9.3 million, compared with $400,000 a year earlier. Excluding those sales, revenue grew 16.2% to $82.3 million.

AerSale’s adjusted net loss was $1.106 million, and adjusted diluted loss per share was $0.02. Adjusted EBITDA fell to $8.559 million from $9.479 million in the year-earlier quarter. The adjusted figures are company-defined non-GAAP measures. Separately, diluted loss per share was $0.31, compared with a rounded loss of $0.00 per share in the prior-year quarter.

Revenue growth came from leasing, used serviceable material sales, heavy maintenance, repair and overhaul, demand for its AerSafe product and Flight Equipment sales. Chief Executive Nicolas Finazzo said, “our third quarter operational results improved meaningfully over the second quarter.” AerSale announced the results Nov. 5.
