> Revenue in the third quarter rose 44% year over year to $107.225 million. Xeris also raised its 2030 revenue outlook to more than $1 billion.

Xeris Biopharma Holdings raised its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to $395 million-$405 million with its third-quarter results on Nov. 5. The new range replaces the $385 million-$390 million forecast issued Aug. 6. Xeris also increased its 2030 revenue outlook from approximately $750 million to more than $1 billion.

Revenue for the three months ended Sept. 30 was $107.225 million, compared with $74.380 million in the same period a year earlier. Recorlev revenue climbed 93% to $71.540 million. Gvoke revenue declined 14% to $21.706 million, while Keveyis revenue rose 9% to $13.021 million.

Despite unusually strong back-to-school demand for Gvoke prescriptions, a one-time $4 million gross-to-net adjustment weighed on quarterly revenue. The product’s quarterly revenue was lower than in the year-earlier period despite that demand.

For the first nine months of 2026, Xeris generated $282.452 million in revenue, up 37% year over year. The company attributed the increase primarily to higher patient demand for Recorlev.

The 2030 figure is a company outlook, separate from revenue already recorded. John Shannon, Xeris chairman and CEO, said, “Given the strong momentum across Recorlev, Gvoke, and Keveyis, we are raising our full-year total revenue guidance to $395–$405 million.”
