SUI Group Holdings Limited is weighing risk-based loans to market makers and lenders as it pursues a disciplined six- to nine-month approach and seeks treasury returns beyond staking.

Management is considering guarantees and potential returns as part of its lending review. It said the company has lent 6 million Sui (SUI) tokens to Bluefin and receives revenue from some platform activities.

Management separately listed increasing SUI per share, improving treasury productivity through staking and selective lending, cutting costs and disciplined capital allocation as priorities. It does not foresee using existing cash for share buybacks.

Institutional integrations in tokenization, payments and digital securities are expanding across the Sui ecosystem. Management reported increased network activity, which it described as generally slow, and said it monitors total value locked, stablecoin transaction volume and developer numbers.
