The board declared a regular distribution of $0.45 per share and a supplemental distribution of $0.015 per share on Nov. 3, 2026. The supplemental distribution has Nov. 30 ex-dividend and record dates, with payment expected on or around Dec. 15. The regular distribution has Dec. 31 ex-dividend and record dates, with payment expected on or around Jan. 22, 2027.

The business development company lends to middle-market companies. For the quarter ended Sept. 30, it reported net investment income of $40.3 million, or $0.48 per share. Its board approved a quarterly supplemental dividend expected to equal 50% of per-share net investment income above the regular quarterly dividend.
