> Shareholders of record Nov. 30 qualify for the Dec. 15 payment. Core generated $80.3 million in free cash flow and returned $89.6 million to stockholders in the third quarter.

Core Natural Resources announced its quarterly dividend with third-quarter results on Nov. 5; shareholders recorded on Nov. 30 are eligible for the Dec. 15 payment.

The record date determines which shareholders qualify for the payment. The dividend is part of Core’s capital-return framework, which targets returning around 75% of free cash flow to stockholders. Most of that return is directed to share repurchases, alongside a continuing quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share.

For the three months ended Sept. 30, Core generated $80.3 million in free cash flow and returned $89.6 million to stockholders through share repurchases and dividend payments. Cumulative returns since the capital-return program began in February 2025 totaled $449.7 million.

Core also reported total liquidity of $1 billion as of Sept. 30. That included $443.9 million in cash, cash equivalents and short-term investments. Its shares trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker CNR.

“During Q3, the Core team again generated robust free cash flow and returned a substantial amount of capital to stockholders for the seventh straight quarter,” Chairman and CEO Jimmy Brock said.
