# Docebo Declares US$2.42 Special Dividend, Plans to Borrow for Payout

Docebo Inc. declared a one-time dividend of US$2.42 per common share on Nov. 6, putting the distribution at about US$60 million and planning to borrow to fund the payout.

Docebo set Nov. 16 as the record date and Nov. 30 as the payment date for the U.S.-dollar dividend. The payout will be funded with additional borrowing through the company’s existing US$150 million credit facility.

Docebo’s Sept. 30 balance showed US$88.221 million in borrowings and US$42.488 million in cash and cash equivalents. The company said the payment does not change its growth priorities and that shareholders should not expect another special dividend.
