> The company posted a $4.13 million net loss and $1.00 in basic and diluted loss per share. It reaffirmed its 2026 outlook for $32 million in net revenue from continuing operations.

PSQ Holdings’ revenue from continuing operations climbed 67% year over year to $7,342,985 for the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2026, as its net loss narrowed and the company kept its full-year outlook.

Revenue was $4,404,861 in the third quarter of 2025, while net loss was $11,982,888. For the latest quarter, net loss was $4,132,582. Basic and diluted net loss per share each came to $1.00, compared with $3.90 a year earlier.

The per-share comparisons reflect a 1-for-15 reverse stock split that took effect July 13, 2026. The split-adjusted figures show the loss per share for the two periods on the same basis.

The GAAP operating loss narrowed to $3,326,680 from $9,696,099 a year earlier. On a non-GAAP basis, PSQ recorded operating income of $338,303, compared with an operating loss of $2,191,079 in the year-earlier quarter.

“Revenue grew 67%, operating expenses fell by half, and we delivered our second consecutive quarter of positive non-GAAP operating income,” PSQ Holdings Chairman and CEO Dusty Wunderlich said.

PSQ reaffirmed its full-year 2026 outlook for $32 million in net revenue from continuing operations and positive non-GAAP operating income. Its Financial Technology segment includes consumer financing, card and ACH payment processing, and a fundraising platform.

Payment-processing revenue, including PSQ Payments and PSQ Impact, totaled $3,587,800 in the quarter. That figure is part of the company’s reported results for the period ended Sept. 30.

After the quarter ended, PSQ completed the sale of EveryLife on Nov. 5 for $5.5 million in gross proceeds. The consideration included $1 million in cash and a $4.5 million seller note, before transaction fees and customary adjustments.
