# Sunstone Hotel Investors Sets $0.09 Dividend for Jan. 15, 2027

Sunstone Hotel Investors authorized a $0.09 cash dividend per common share for Jan. 15, 2027, giving shareholders of record Dec. 31 a payout that matches its previous quarterly distribution.

The board authorized the dividend Nov. 5. Sunstone included it in its Nov. 6 third-quarter results release.

The board also approved preferred dividends of $0.937500 per Series G share, $0.382813 per Series H share and $0.356250 per Series I share. Those payments have the same record and payment dates as the common dividend.

The $0.09 common payout matches the dividend authorized Aug. 5, which was payable Oct. 15 to shareholders of record Sept. 30. Sunstone is a lodging real estate investment trust listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker SHO. It owned 13 hotels with about 6,200 rooms as of Nov. 6.
