HA Sustainable Infrastructure Capital, Inc. (HASI) approved a $0.425-per-share quarterly dividend on Nov. 5, keeping the payout level unchanged as shareholders prepare for a January distribution.

HASI set Dec. 29, 2026, as the record date. Payment is scheduled for Jan. 8, 2027. The amount matches the dividend for the previous quarter.

The company’s [third-quarter results](<https://www.tokenpost.com/news/business/50806>) showed $19.048 billion in managed assets as of Sept. 30 and revenue growth of 11.1% year over year.
