> The company forecasts $22 million to $23 million in capital expenditures and targets a first-quarter 2027 close for its Saltire acquisition.

Drilling Tools International Corporation (DTI) set a 2026 adjusted free cash flow outlook of $13 million to $22 million, while maintaining its revenue and adjusted EBITDA ranges and targeting a first-quarter 2027 close for its Saltire acquisition.

The company expects adjusted free cash flow near the low end of its range. It forecasts capital expenditures of $22 million to $23 million and kept its 2026 revenue outlook at $155 million to $170 million and adjusted EBITDA outlook at $35 million to $45 million. DTI expects results near the lower end of both ranges.

Third-quarter revenue was $40.6 million, up 7% from the previous quarter and 5% from a year earlier. Adjusted EBITDA reached $9.5 million, a 14% sequential increase, while the adjusted EBITDA margin was approximately 23%.

DTI is targeting a first-quarter 2027 close for its Saltire acquisition. The deal is expected to raise the Eastern Hemisphere’s share of pro forma revenue to about 40%.
