> The Brazil shutdown is weighing mainly on Virtual Sports. Management expects only modest growth in 2027 if the market remains closed.

Inspired Entertainment, Inc. lowered the floor of its 2026 EBITDA outlook to $109 million as Brazil’s online gaming shutdown continues to weigh mainly on its Virtual Sports business.

Executive Chairman of the Board A. Weil said Brazil’s online gaming industry was shuttered for now. Management expects only modest growth in 2027 if the closure persists.

Inspired posted a 46% EBITDA margin in the third quarter, with management citing growth in the United States and Italy. Year-to-date free cash flow was $17.6 million, and management expects it to increase as leverage declines.

The company estimates a $2 million to $3 million impact from a U.K. machine gaming duty increase. The duty will rise from 20% to 25% in April 2027. Inspired plans to mitigate the effect over time through game development and other actions.
