> The outlook covers the title and corporate segments and assumes 75 basis points of Federal Reserve rate hikes over the next nine months.

Fidelity National Financial (FNF) expects about $105 million in fourth-quarter interest and investment income from its title and corporate segments. The forecast covers part of the company’s financial results, alongside broader consolidated figures that include F&G’s business.

Chief Financial Officer Tony Park gave the outlook during FNF’s earnings call on Friday, Nov. 6, which began at 11 a.m. ET (16:00 UTC). He described the third-quarter figure for those segments as $98 million. “Around $105 million in the fourth quarter, and then increase around $5 million in each subsequent quarter through 2027,” Park said.

The projected increases apply to each quarter after the fourth quarter through 2027. Park’s forecast assumes an additional 75 basis points of Federal Reserve rate hikes over the next nine months.

The $98 million third-quarter figure excluded dividends from F&G paid to FNF’s holding company. The $105 million outlook covers the title and corporate segments. FNF gave a separate forecast for dividend income from F&G.

FNF expects about $28 million per quarter in common and preferred dividends from F&G over the next two quarters. The expected amount falls to about $25 million per quarter after mandatory convertible preferred stock converts in the first quarter. These dividend figures are separate from the title-and-corporate segment outlook.

FNF’s consolidated interest and investment income totaled $796 million in the third quarter, including $698 million from F&G. That broader measure includes F&G’s business and has a different scope from the $98 million title-and-corporate figure.

FNF is a title insurer and real estate transaction services provider with a majority stake in F&G Annuities & Life (F&G). F&G serves annuity and life insurance customers and institutional clients.
