Inogen, Inc. is targeting $20 million in annualized cost savings by the end of 2027 while forecasting fourth-quarter revenue of $65 million to $68 million.

The company expects to reach $10 million in annualized savings before 2026 ends. For full-year 2026, it projects continuing-operations revenue of $298 million to $301 million and an adjusted net loss from continuing operations of $7 million to $8 million.

In the third quarter, U.S. sales returned to year-over-year growth, while international sales fell 9%. Management expects overseas weakness to continue into the fourth quarter and U.S. growth to accelerate enough to offset it.

Inogen’s operating cash flow was negative $4.5 million in the third quarter as working capital increased. It ended the quarter with $97.7 million in cash and no debt.
