The regular dividend is $0.11 per share for each of January, February and March. The supplemental dividend brings the quarter’s total to $0.36 per share.

The fund scheduled the January payment for Jan. 11, 2027. Dec. 31, 2026, is both the record date and ex-dividend date. The February payment is set for Feb. 9, with Feb. 2 as both dates.

The supplemental dividend is a separate $0.03 payment for the quarter.
