# Crypto Futures Liquidations Hit $507 million Over 24 Hours

Crypto futures liquidations totaled $507 million in the 24 hours reported on Sept. 23, with long positions accounting for most of the losses.

Long-position liquidations reached $361 million, more than twice the $146 million in short-position liquidations. The figures show a heavily one-sided liquidation breakdown during the period.

Bitcoin (BTC) liquidations totaled $145 million. Ether (ETH) liquidations reached $104 million.

The largest single liquidation was $10.041 million on Binance-ETHUSDT.
