Bitcoin (BTC) long-position liquidations reached $14.19 million in the hour through 4:52 a.m. ET (08:52 UTC) on Sept. 24, as the cryptocurrency’s price fell 1.19% to $83,500.

The total liquidation volume was $14.27 million, including $80,000 in short positions. Bitcoin traded at $84,509 at the start of the one-hour period before declining to $83,500.

The figures are TokenPost’s direct tally of publicly disclosed liquidation data from Binance, Bybit and OKX. They cover those three exchanges only and do not represent the entire market.
