# Crypto Liquidations Hit $30.19 Million in One Hour, With Longs at 96%

Crypto liquidations totaled $30.19 million in the hour ending at 5:12 a.m. ET (09:12 UTC) on Sept. 24, with long positions accounting for $28.84 million, or 96% of the total.

The tally covered 4,122 liquidation events across public data from Binance, Bybit and OKX. It is not a marketwide total. Short-position liquidations accounted for the remaining $1.35 million.

Binance recorded the largest share at $19.59 million. OKX followed with $7.28 million, while Bybit recorded $3.32 million.

Bitcoin (BTC) accounted for $14.21 million of the liquidations. Ether (ETH) followed at $4.78 million, and XRP ranked third at $2.04 million.
