Tuttle Capital and Strive Asset Management launched the T-Strive Digital Credit Preferred Income ETF, giving U.S. investors a listed vehicle focused on preferred securities issued by Bitcoin treasury companies.

The fund is listed on Cboe BZX under the ticker DCAP. It does not invest directly in Bitcoin. Instead, its initial portfolio is expected to allocate equal amounts to Strategy’s STRC and Strive’s SATA preferred securities.

DCAP seeks current income and may also use tactical leverage, total return swaps and put options as part of its strategy. Annual operating expenses are 0.95% after fee waivers.

The fund gives investors exposure through preferred instruments rather than direct ownership of BTC.
