> SECZ rose 160.3% in one month as the tokenized-stock market reached $5.48 billion in distributed value and $26.08 million in represented value.

Securitize’s tokenized common stock, SECZ, reached $427.8 million in value as of Sept. 25, making it the largest individual tokenized stock as the broader market expanded to $5.48 billion in distributed value.

SECZ’s value rose 160.3% over one month as of Sept. 25. Securitize’s platform ranked fourth among tokenized-stock platforms with $513.4 million across three assets.

The stock began trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the SECZ ticker on July 2, 2026, one day after the business combination closed July 1, 2026. Issuer-sponsored tokenized SECZ shares launched on Avalanche and Solana the same day for eligible U.S. investors.

The onchain tokens correspond to Securitize’s publicly traded common equity, subject to applicable legal and transfer restrictions.

The tokenized-stock market recorded $5.48 billion in distributed value and $26.08 million in represented value as of Sept. 25. Distributed assets are issued natively on a blockchain, while represented assets synthetically track an underlying security.

Monthly transfer volume stood at $13.05 billion, down 73.99% over 30 days. The figures cover tokenized stocks, which are blockchain-based representations of listed equities or exchange-traded funds.

Securitize had approximately $5 billion in tokenized assets under management as of July 2026. That figure covers its broader tokenized-asset business rather than tokenized stocks alone. The company also recorded approximately $375 million in aggregate proceeds from the business combination that closed July 1, before transaction and closing costs.

“Bringing SECZ onchain is not just a milestone for Securitize,” Carlos Domingo, co-founder and CEO of Securitize, said. “It is a blueprint for public companies that want to use tokenization to create more efficient, transparent and useful ownership experiences for their shareholders.”

Its U.S. operations include regulated broker-dealer, alternative-trading-system and transfer-agent businesses. Domingo said the SECZ launch demonstrates “the model we are building for other public companies under existing regulations.”
