NEAR Protocol (NEAR) climbed to $5.12 at 8:27 p.m. ET Sept. 26 (00:27 UTC Sept. 27), rising 5.92% from $4.83 four hours earlier in a sharp move for the 22nd-largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization.

The token was also up 3.61% over the previous 24 hours. The price was measured on Binance's NEAR/USDT spot market using direct exchange data collection.

During the same one-hour period, short liquidations totaled $70,000 across Binance, Bybit and OKX. No long liquidations were recorded.

NEAR's market capitalization was approximately $6.49106 billion at the time of measurement.
