Zcash (ZEC) fell 3.87% in four hours to $1,515 at 12:02 p.m. ET (16:02 UTC) on Sept. 28, extending a 4.36% decline over the past 24 hours.

The price fell from $1,576 four hours earlier, based on TokenPost’s direct collection of publicly available exchange prices. The $1,515 figure was recorded on Binance’s ZEC/USDT spot market.

Long liquidations totaled $480,000 across Binance, Bybit and OKX during the same hour, while short liquidations reached $30,000.

Zcash ranked ninth by market capitalization at about $25.93717 billion at the time of the measurement.
