Near Protocol (NEAR) climbed 5.62% in four hours to $5.02 at 10:48 a.m. ET (14:48 UTC) Sept. 29, marking a sharp move despite a 0.79% decline over the previous 24 hours.

The token rose from $4.75 to $5.02 over the four-hour period. The price was measured from Binance’s NEAR/USDT spot market, using exchange data collected and calculated directly by TokenPost.

Liquidations during the latest hour totaled $220,000. Short positions accounted for $180,000, while long positions accounted for $40,000 across Binance, Bybit and OKX.

NEAR’s market capitalization stood at about $6.2255 billion, placing it 22nd among crypto assets by market value.
