> Anchorage Digital Bank remains the primary custodian, while the filing did not state how much HYPE would be placed with BitGo.

Grayscale Investments Sponsors, LLC has added BitGo Bank & Trust, National Association as an additional custodian for part of the Grayscale Hyperliquid Staking ETF’s Hyperliquid (HYPE) holdings, expanding the fund’s custody structure while leaving its primary arrangement unchanged.

The amendment was executed Sept. 30, 2026. Anchorage Digital Bank N.A. remains the trust’s primary custodian, and its existing custody arrangement is unaffected. Grayscale will decide how the trust’s HYPE is divided between the two custodians.

The amount of HYPE to be placed with BitGo had not been determined as of the amendment. The arrangement also does not confirm that any tokens had been transferred to BitGo.

HYPE held by BitGo will remain in a segregated custodial account. The assets will not be combined with digital assets belonging to BitGo’s other clients or with BitGo’s own assets. Fees for the additional custody services will be paid by the sponsor.

The trust is designed to hold HYPE, the native asset of the Hyperliquid Network. Its custody structure previously identified Anchorage Digital as custodian, with CSC Delaware Trust Company as trustee and The Bank of New York Mellon as transfer agent and administrator.

The amendment adds BitGo as a second custody option but does not disclose a specific allocation or state that the trust’s staking activity has changed. The amendment expands the trust’s custody options without confirming that any HYPE has been transferred to BitGo.
