NEAR Protocol (NEAR) fell 5.64% in four hours to $4.94 at 9:43 a.m. ET (13:43 UTC) on Oct. 8, based on TokenPost’s direct collection of Binance spot NEAR/USDT prices.

The token dropped from $5.24 four hours earlier to $4.94. NEAR was down 2.16% over the previous 24 hours. Its market capitalization was approximately $6.6076 billion, ranking it 21st among crypto assets.

Long liquidations totaled $810,000 across Binance, Bybit and OKX during the same hour, while short liquidations totaled $10,000. The figures indicate that long positions accounted for most of the reported liquidations during the price decline.
