> The Binance Futures contract traded at $528.28 on Oct. 9, while a zero MACD histogram placed near-term momentum at a conditional technical juncture.

Microsoft’s MSFTUSDT, a USDT-margined perpetual contract tracking Microsoft common stock, traded at $528.28 at 5 a.m. ET (09:00 UTC) on Oct. 9, down 0.46% over 24 hours as mixed indicators left the contract near a conditional technical decision point.

The contract traded between $519.49 and $534.08. It remained above its seven-day simple moving average of $524.81, 20-day average of $514.55 and 50-day average of $504.53.

The 12-day exponential moving average was $521.02, compared with $513.37 for the 26-day EMA. The MACD reading was 7.6488, while its histogram was 0.0000, indicating that the MACD and signal lines had converged.

The 14-period daily relative strength index was 65.23. Stochastic %K stood at 76.65, compared with %D at 61.32.

The upper Bollinger Band was $535.33, with %B at 0.8304. The middle band was $514.55 and the lower band was $493.78, leaving the contract below but near the upper band at the time of observation.

Immediate resistance was identified at $535.08, followed by stronger resistance at $541.87. Support levels were $520.49 and $512.69, with a pivot at $527.28. A move above the $535.08-$535.33 zone could open a path toward $541.87, while a break below the pivot would bring the lower support zone into focus.

Positioning leaned short by account count. The global long/short account ratio was 0.6686, with 40.1% of accounts long and 59.9% short. The figures do not establish whether those positions were hedges, directional trades or later closed.

Open interest stood at 36,459.62 contracts, up 1.97% over 24 hours, with about $19.18 million in notional value. The funding rate was zero, and the one-hour taker buy/sell ratio was 1.0261, based on buy volume of 1,586 and sell volume of 1,546.

MSFTUSDT does not represent ownership of Microsoft shares. Binance launched the USDT-settled perpetual contract on April 20, 2026, with 24/7 trading, leverage of up to 10x and funding-rate limits of +2%/-2% per eight-hour period.
