Cosmos Hub led gains among the 90 largest cryptocurrencies by market capitalization, rising 16.96% to $2.02 as 56 assets advanced in the 24 hours ending Oct. 9 at 4:03 p.m. ET (20:03 UTC).

ATOM ranked 75th by market capitalization, extending a move that followed [an earlier 18.13% advance](<https://www.tokenpost.com/news/investing/29124>) recorded earlier Oct. 9.

Bitway (BTW), ranked 31st, gained 12.45% to $1.57. Polkadot (DOT), ranked 51st, climbed 12.01% to $1.20, while XDC Network (XDC) rose 11.38% to $0.0352 and ranked 92nd.

Jupiter (JUP), ranked 70th, added 8.79% to $0.368.

Algorand (ALGO) posted the largest decline, falling 7.60% to $0.111 and ranking 79th. LayerZero (ZRO) dropped 5.27% to $1.89, while Venice Token (VVV) declined 4.77% to $21.76.

Pump.fun (PUMP) also fell 4.77% to $0.00527, and Ondo (ONDO) lost 4.48% to $0.470.

Bitcoin (BTC) rose 0.59% to $82,256, while Ether (ETH) gained 0.41% to $2,475.
