Reserve Rights (RSR) surged more than 66% in 15 minutes early Monday, briefly reaching $0.002820 after Upbit announced plans to add Korean won and USDT trading pairs for the token.

RSR was last quoted at $0.002764 following the sharp move. The price action occurred around 1 a.m. ET (05:00 UTC) on Oct. 12.

The planned Upbit listing would expand RSR’s availability by adding KRW and USDT trading pairs.
