> Binance reserves dropped by 101 million XRP from Sept. 27 to Oct. 13, while the two South Korean exchanges added about 90 million from Sept. 23 to Oct. 13.

XRP reserves moved in different directions across three major exchanges: Binance fell by 101 million XRP from Sept. 27 to Oct. 13, while Upbit and Bithumb rose by about 90 million XRP combined from Sept. 23 to Oct. 13.

Binance’s XRP reserves declined from 2.705 billion on Sept. 27 to 2.604 billion on Oct. 13. The 101 million-token decrease came as XRP traded at $1.37.

Upbit increased its reserves from 6.39 billion XRP on Sept. 23 to 6.45 billion on Oct. 13. Bithumb’s reserves rose from about 1.81 billion to 1.84 billion XRP.

The two exchanges added approximately 90 million XRP combined, with Upbit contributing 60 million and Bithumb about 30 million. Together, they accounted for approximately 76% of the monitored XRP reserves across Binance, Upbit and Bithumb.

Earlier coverage tracked [a separate decline in Binance’s XRP reserves](<https://www.tokenpost.com/news/investing/26286>) through Sept. 30.

Transaction activity also shifted toward withdrawals during a separate measurement period. From Aug. 26 to Oct. 12, Binance’s withdrawal transactions increased from 52% to 54% of XRP deposit and withdrawal transactions. Across centralized exchanges, the withdrawal share rose from 51% to 52.7%.

Binance’s deposit transaction share fell from 47.7% to 45.9%, while the share across centralized exchanges declined from 48% to about 47%.

These percentages count transactions rather than the amount of XRP transferred. They do not establish that more tokens left exchanges than entered them.

The reserve changes also do not show that XRP moved from Binance to South Korea. XRP may have moved to private wallets, between exchanges or through trading activity, but the figures do not establish the destination or purpose of the changes. Higher reserves at Upbit and Bithumb likewise do not by themselves prove long-term accumulation.
