> GameStop shares rose 0.22% at 10:45 a.m. ET on Oct. 13, while daily, hourly and 15-minute momentum readings remained elevated.

Shares of GameStop (GME) were at $27.29 by 10:45 a.m. ET (14:45 UTC) Oct. 13, a 0.22% increase from the prior close as momentum readings stayed elevated across several time frames.

GameStop’s daily RSI, calculated over 14 periods, registered 74.97, exceeding the commonly watched 70 threshold. The hourly RSI was 72.54, while the 15-minute reading stood at 67.35.

An overbought RSI reading indicates strong recent momentum but does not by itself establish that a stock must decline. The readings reflect different time horizons, with the daily and hourly measures above 70 and the shorter-term 15-minute measure below that threshold.

GameStop remained above its listed daily exponential moving averages. The 20-session average was $24.42, compared with $22.61 for the 50-session average and $22.33 for the 200-session average.

The daily pivot stood at $26.75. The first resistance level was $27.73, while first support was $26.25.

The daily moving average convergence/divergence indicator also remained positive. Its MACD line was 1.52, compared with a 1.33 signal line, leaving a histogram reading of 0.19.

The previous session ended at $27.23 after trading between $25.77 and $27.25. Volume totaled 9,058,500 shares.
