The program directs 50% of revenue to open-market PUMP purchases and burns for one year beginning Apr. 28, 2026. PUMP holders have no right to platform revenue or other distributions. The terms allow future purchases to be changed, suspended or discontinued, except for purchases programmed before Apr. 29, 2026.
